In these challenging and difficult times, with our work schedules and busy lifestyles, it is not always easy to prioritize self-care. We can relieve stress, find balance, and recharge by maximizing practices for caring for ourselves and others. During this (virtual) workshop, participants will learn how to Press Pause and take time to just breathe in and exhale! Experience evidence-based mind-body medicine techniques including guided soft-belly breathing, imagery, movement, meditation and more!

Self-Care is an important prevention tool and provides these benefits:

  • Being at your best at work
  • Improving your quality of life
  • Enhancing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing
  • Building resources to deal with the life and work stressors
  • Sustaining long-term recovery and wellness
Upon successful completion of training participants will receive 16 Child Welfare Training Hours and 16 General CEUs.
