Description: The pre-graduation session is provided for the graduating supervisors and their managers.  Sustainable supervisor development must be more than just a moment-in-time event and requires intentional practice and application on-the-job.  This session is intended to provide an opportunity for supervisors to share their lessons learned and strategies for transfer, application of learning and activation with others. 

Target Participants:  DCFS Child Welfare Supervisors who complete the SSCBP – Six training modules, Six months of coaching, Personal Learning and Development Plan, Six Support groups and CQI Mentor (based on program). 

 CEU’s:  Upon successful completion of the Pre-Graduation Session, participants will receive 1.5 general CEUs.
