The OTJT Course in Moodle is designed to coincide with the OTJT in-person training. The learner will utilize Moodle to complete different assessments and access different tracking logs that will be utilized while participating in the OTJT program.  Throughout this Moodle course, the learner will:

  • Complete 5 Knowledge Assessments- These assessments will help identify the individual training needs of each learner throughout their enrollment in OTJT.
  • Complete 2 Evaluations-One evaluation is to be completed at the Mid-Point (after Module 2) and Final (at Graduation/Release from Program).
  • Access to Enrichment Logs-These logs will be utilized by the learner during the Enrichment series offered by OTJT to track participation and ask questions of their trainer.
  • Access to Shadowing Logs-These logs will be utilized by the learner to track shadowing activities with other staff and to document any questions or further needed training on technical programs that are being utilized in the legacy systems.
