Course Description:  This course will guide the new CW worker's field experiences.  These field experiences will provide the participants with opportunities to shadow workers and actually see the work we do as child welfare.

Course Objectives: At the completion of this course, participants will have a an understanding of the major duties for their program.  Participants will have an opportunity to see field activities before being assigned their own cases.

Training Hours:  This course is not approved for Child Welfare Training Hours.
